These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Truvle.

Truvle provides AI-powered services utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and other artificial intelligence technologies. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
AI-generated content and responses

Machine learning-powered analysis and insights
Automated content generation and assistance
Other AI-related features as we may introduce from time to time
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
AI-Specific Terms
4.1 Nature of AI Services
You acknowledge and agree that:
Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
AI outputs are probabilistic and not deterministic in nature
The same input may produce different outputs at different times
AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use in critical applications
4.2 No Professional Advice
Our AI Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific advice tailored to your situation.
5. Use of AI and Data Training
5.1 Data Collection for AI Improvement
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
We collect data about your interactions with our AI systems, including your inputs (prompts, queries, content) and the AI-generated outputs
This data helps us improve the accuracy, performance, and capabilities of our AI models
We may use anonymized and de-identified data derived from your usage to train and improve our AI models.
5.2 Anonymization and De-identification
Data Training Practices. When we use data for AI training purposes:
Anonymization: We remove all personally identifiable information (PII) including names, email addresses, IP addresses, and other direct identifiers before using data for training
Aggregation: Your data is combined with data from many other users, making individual identification impossible
Purpose: Anonymized data is used solely to improve our AI models' performance, accuracy, and capabilities
No Reversal: Once anonymized, data cannot be traced back to you or your account
Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of having your data used for training purposes (even in anonymized form) through your account settings or by contacting privacy@truvle.com.
5.3 Third-Party AI Providers
We may utilize third-party AI and LLM providers to power certain features of our Services. When we do:

We limit data sharing to what is necessary to provide the Services

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
6.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our express written permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
6.2 Prohibited AI Use Cases
You specifically agree not to use our AI Services to:
Generate content that violates laws or regulations, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property rights
Create deepfakes, misleading impersonations, or other deceptive synthetic media
Develop weapons, explosives, or other dangerous materials
Generate spam, malware, phishing content, or other malicious materials
Create content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
Generate content for academic dishonesty or plagiarism
Attempt to extract or reverse engineer our AI models or training data
Circumvent safety features or content filters built into our AI systems
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, AI models, and technology, are owned by Truvle and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the Services.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
Ownership of AI Outputs. Regarding content generated by our AI systems in response to your inputs:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use AI-generated outputs as you see fit
We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created specifically for you
However, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs
You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of AI-generated content
You should not rely on AI-generated content without independent verification, especially for critical applications
We make no representations or warranties regarding AI-generated content
7.4 Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services ("Feedback"), you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and commercialize such Feedback without attribution or compensation.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We may change subscription fees with advance notice, and changes apply to subsequent billing periods
9.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment card information.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The Services will meet your requirements or expectations
AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or appropriate for your purposes
Defects or errors will be corrected
The Services will be free from viruses or other harmful components
10.2 AI-Specific Disclaimers
With respect to our AI Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain factual errors, hallucinations, outdated information, or biases. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.
No Professional Advice: AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) and should not be relied upon as such.
Independent Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated content before use, especially in critical applications.
Third-Party Models: We may use third-party AI models, and we are not responsible for their performance or outputs.
Model Limitations: AI models have inherent limitations, including knowledge cutoff dates, inability to access real-time information, and potential for generating harmful content despite safety measures.
No Liability for AI Decisions: We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truvle, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
Any content obtained from the Services, including AI-generated content
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
Decisions made based on AI-generated content
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truvle, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your User Content or use of AI-generated content
Your use of AI-generated content in ways that violate laws or third-party rights
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@truvle.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days.
12.2 Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in [Your Jurisdiction] and shall be conducted in English.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Truvle individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:

No arbitrator shall have authority to consolidate more than one person's claims

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
Discontinuance or material modification of the Services
Unexpected technical or security issues
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
We may delete your account and User Content
You remain liable for all obligations accrued prior to termination
Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truvle regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15.2 Waiver and Severability
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and an enforceable term will be substituted that reflects our intent as closely as possible.
15.3 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
15.4 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated herein.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

We may provide notices to you via email, regular mail, or postings on our website. Notices to us must be sent to legal@truvle.com or our mailing address.
15.7 Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of the Services. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
