Happy July to all of our community members and enthusiasts! This past month we continued to deepen our relationships with large law and insurance companies, building a robust user feedback system for rapid and value-adding product iteration.
Product Highlights:
Copy/Paste/Duplication
We implemented the much-asked for feature set to copy and paste between processes, as well as duplicate existing processes.
Collaboration
Further improvements were made to the teams features, including the ability to transfer ownership of a process to a teammate, as well as being able to add users to view and comment on shared processes.
Bug Fixes
Many bugs were addressed this month, with stability improving overall; product bug reports dropped off a cliff as major issues were taken care of and more minor ones began to be addressed.
Spotlight: Truvle Internship Program
This month we want to highlight our robust internship program. Every semester we receive enthusiastic interest from students at schools such as the University of Richmond and Columbia University. We firmly believe in the value of a strong internship and junior mentorship program, and the results speak for themselves. Many of our past interns have gone on to become daring leaders in their respective fields. If you or someone you know is interested in applying for Truvle's collegiate internship program, please read on!
Interning at Truvle is conducive to skill development and growth in career readiness. At the start of each week, the team meets to share project progress and make a plan for everyone’s upcoming work. Throughout the week, interns work on assigned projects from their directed supervisor. Typically tasks include research, media content creation, project planning and management, reviewing previous work and sharing your opinions, and taking notes on calls.
Interns are encouraged to join Skills Training Workshops on various topics such as public speaking, business communication, and teamwork. Interns have a chance to connect with others in a book club which helps develop deeper relationships with co-workers. In addition, interns can receive mentorship or advice from any executive on the team just by communicating their interests.
At Truvle, successful interns are eager to learn, passionate, collaborative, and innovative. The program is remote, and interns with diverse backgrounds connect across different parts of the world while learning to effectively communicate with business executives.
Interns develop a variety of skills applicable to different majors through their experience. Past interns have studied a wide range of subjects including consulting, data science, economics, marketing, sociology, business administration, international business, psychology, entrepreneurship, computer science, leadership studies, cognitive sciences, and cultural anthropology.
What's Next
This upcoming month we embark on a new endeavor with pilot programs that address entirely different use-cases than what we've encountered thus far. We plan on introducing a new product feature that delves deeper into the problem solving life cycle, swimlane formatting with manual controls and analysis layers on top of process maps to drive automated insight into your captures. Exciting developments are very close to production, so keep an eye out for upcoming releases!
Thank You!
As always, a heartfelt thank you to our subscribers, users, and product advocates. We've had incredibly validating feedback from our users and partners, and we also know we have a long way to go to provide the experience and value that we sought to do from the get-go. Please watch over us closely and thank you for reading this month's update!
