This worksheet is meant to create a moment to reflect on your own personal process as a means to practice documenting and communicating process information .
Your personal life process is nothing more than a series of actions and decisions. This exercise will only focus on the actions part of your day. For a single day of your life (e.g. yesterday), List your actions and requested data in the table, and reflect on where you might be able to improve your process.
